Cake Decorator

Khasab Ovens is looking for a highly skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our team We are a growing bakery specializing in high-quality cakes, pastries, and desserts. We take pride in crafting beautiful and delicious cakes that meet our customers' unique requests.

1. Expertly decorate cakes according to customer requests, including custom designs, themed cakes, and intricate decorations.
2. Work with fondant, buttercream, royal icing, and other decorating techniques to create stunning cakes.
3. Sculpt and shape fondant and gum paste to create figures, flowers, and decorative elements.
4. Masterfully apply piping, airbrushing, stenciling, and hand-painting techniques.
5. Ensure high-quality standards in presentation, taste, and consistency.
6. Collaborate with customers and the bakery team to bring cake ideas to life.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following hygiene and food safety standards.
8. Assist with baking, filling, and assembling cakes when necessary.
9. Stay updated with the latest cake decorating trends and techniques.

1. Proven experience as a Cake Decorator in a bakery or pastry shop.
2. Strong skills in fondant work, buttercream decoration, and custom cake designs.
3. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for cake artistry.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
5. A team player with good communication skills.
6. Additional skills like chocolate work, sugar art, or 3D cake sculpting are a plus.
