To implement and maintain the maintenance program and ensure its delivery through an effective management system to recognized standards.

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Training in HSSE & HSSE laws

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of Civil and MEP services in hotels or large commercial complexes.
• Experience in providing technical services for events.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Understanding of local statutes and regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering drawings and good engineering practices.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Experience in maintaining solar systems.
• Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and maintain documentation.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate staff.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and initiative.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

1. Event Management: Plan resources, prepare event requirements, and assign resources accordingly.
2. Contract Management: Prepare maintenance tender specifications, conduct meetings with contractors.
3. Asset Management: Plan and supervise preventive maintenance, monitor activities, manage spare parts, and supervise work progress.
4. Quality Management: Develop quality processes, participate in QA audits, ensure customer satisfaction, and update SOPs as needed.
5. Develop relationships with management, staff, clients, and external parties through effective communication.
6. Address cultural and internal/external issues proactively.
7. Contribute to reports and participate in training as directed.
8. Care for OCEC assets; misuse or damage may lead to disciplinary action.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Building Services Manager.
