Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Training in HSSE & HSSE laws
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of Civil and MEP services in a hotel or large commercial complex.
  • Experience in providing technical services for events.
  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Knowledge of local statutes and regulations.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of good engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in solar system maintenance.
  • Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and maintain documentation.
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate staff.

This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate staff. You must be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is essential, as well as being proactive and resourceful.
