Role Purpose

To assist the Sales and Marketing Manager of MMI in Oman with all aspects of the day-to-day supervision of Retail Stores including sales staff resources, management and training. The role holder will be required to coordinate with internal and external channels for the smooth operations of the stores and ensure the highest standards of service, product merchandising, stock management, implement promotional plans, and report monthly sales activity.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Manage own retail store along with the daily operation of an additional 4 to 5 retail or bulk stores.
  2. Deliver revenue targets and implement SOPs for own store and cluster stores.
  3. Maintain statistical and financial records and reporting and manage the staff/shop schedules along with the staff annual leaves.
  4. Implement training plans set by the support office and ensure compliance with health and safety legislations.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  1. Must have Store Supervisor experience in Alcohol/FMCG.
  2. Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel.
  3. Willingness to work in a shift pattern and travel within Oman as per business requirements.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  1. Experience in Retail Cluster management.
  2. WSET Level 2 certification.
