We're Qafila.tech, and we're here to revolutionise trucking in Oman Think 'Uber for the big stuff' – we connect businesses needing large hauls with independent Omani truckers via our slick app. We're shaking up logistics, making it easier, faster, and more reliable for everyone. What's the Gig?

Forget stuffy corporate roles We need a rockstar to basically get stuff done alongside the founders. You'll be the mastermind behind our day-to-day Operations (making sure trips happen flawlessly) AND the spark igniting our Growth (getting more truckers and customers onboard). It's a hands-on, high-energy role where you'll wear many hats and make a HUGE impact.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Keep the Qafila engine running smoothly – oversee daily ops from matching to delivery success.
  • Be the champion for our truckers and customers – ensure they have a great experience.
  • Solve problems – tackle operational hiccups and logistical puzzles head-on.
  • Hit the growth accelerator – dream up & execute cool ways to bring more users to Qafila.
  • Juggle priorities like a pro – manage everything from support escalations to marketing ideas.
  • Help steer the ship – work with the founders on strategy and making Qafila a household name

  • OOZES Confidence: You're comfortable taking charge and making decisions.
  • Is Wildly PROACTIVE: You don't wait for instructions; you see opportunities and run with them. Initiative is everything
  • Is Super ORGANIZED: You can bring order to chaos and keep multiple balls in the air.
  • Is Fluent in English AND Arabic: Non-negotiable You need to connect with everyone.
  • Gets Stuff DONE: You have a knack for turning ideas into action and results.
  • HUGE Bonus Points If: You have experience in logistics, tech startups, or managing app-based marketplaces
