Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, based in Muscat for our sister concern. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and assisting in financial audits. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the industrial or commercial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
