SWATX is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical DS Campaign Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will analyze data from marketing campaigns and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise in data analysis and understanding of campaign performance metrics will be vital in optimizing marketing strategies and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness.
  2. Create and maintain reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and campaign metrics.
  3. Collaborate with campaign managers to identify optimization opportunities.
  4. Use statistical analysis and modeling to forecast results and recommend strategies.
  5. Monitor industry trends to improve data analysis processes.
  6. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  7. Assist in developing testing strategies, including A/B testing, for campaign evaluation.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in data or marketing analytics, preferably campaign-focused.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Tableau.
  4. Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
  7. Proactive problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
