DS Campaign Analyst

SWATX is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical DS Campaign Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will analyze data from marketing campaigns and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise in data analysis and understanding of campaign performance metrics will be vital in optimizing marketing strategies and ensuring successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and campaign metrics.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to identify optimization opportunities.
- Use statistical analysis and modeling to forecast results and recommend strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to improve data analysis processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing testing strategies, including A/B testing, for campaign evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data or marketing analytics, preferably campaign-focused.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
