Job Overview

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the poultry breeder farm, ensuring that all processes and duties are carried out in accordance with company standards and production specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policies & Procedures Implementation: Effectively implement policies and procedures within the Breeder department to achieve set objectives.
  • Operations Supervision: Coordinate and supervise feeding, watering, cleaning, and production activities in the breeder farm, adhering to company guidelines for high-quality output.
  • People Management: Manage subordinates' performance, provide training, handle recruitment and attendance, and ensure proper staffing during absences or leaves.
  • Compliance & Safety Oversight: Implement food safety programs, including HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs, while maintaining clean and efficient rearing and egg production processes.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed reports on breeder activities and submit them to the Direct Manager, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the same or related field.
