Job Role - Head FP&A

Location: Muscat

Job Summary: The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning and budgeting functions of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning process in coordination with business units.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with variance analysis vs. budget/forecast.
  • Partner with business leaders to analyze revenue trends, cost drivers, and profitability improvement opportunities.
  • Identify KPIs and develop dashboards for financial and operational performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Business Finance teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.
  • Present key findings and financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop tools and automation to streamline planning and reporting cycles.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
