Learning and Development Coordinator

Job Description: Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of every little thing that needs to be done. Anantara Team Members always discover new ways to care for the business, their guests, and their coworkers. Within this, the key responsibilities for this setting are:
- Educating Method as well as Planning: Assisting in recognizing the training requirements of the hotel.
- Coordinate as well as track all training being performed in the resort on an ongoing basis.
- Training Procedures: Promote hotel-wide trainings for all Group Members.
- Train and also support departmental instructors, and coordinate training supplied by division students.
- Lead the Positioning process for all brand-new Team Members.
Qualifications:
- Functioning towards a certification in Training or relevant area.
- Previous experience in a Training role.
- Solid commercial/business acumen.
- Passion for self-development.
