Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Service Expert located in Muscat. The Spa Service Expert will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services, including facials and skin care treatments. The role includes delivering excellent customer service, engaging in cosmetology practices, and promoting spa products and services to guests. The Spa Service Expert will work closely with the health and wellness team to ensure a relaxing and satisfying experience for all guests.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Expertise in Cosmetology, including Facials and Skin Care
  • Sales skills related to spa products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness center is a plus
  • Certification in cosmetology or spa therapy is preferred
