Job Title: Spa Director

As a seasoned spa director, you will oversee the operations of our spa and recreational facilities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and efficient service delivery.

  • You will lead and manage the spa and recreation team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
  • Your role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

We are looking for a talented individual who can monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our spa and recreational facilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with our marketing team to promote spa packages and wellness programs.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Spa Operations Management: Lead and manage the spa and recreation team, including spa therapists, fitness trainers, and recreational attendants.
  3. Guest Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  4. Facility Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa and recreational facilities.
  5. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa packages and wellness programs.

In this role, you will also oversee spa reservations, appointment scheduling, and guest inquiries. You will ensure the availability of spa and wellness amenities and products. Regular training for spa and recreation teams is also essential to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with spa software and technology to efficiently manage spa operations.
