Ensure the IKEA store provides the highest possible service level to customers and optimizes stock levels at the lowest possible cost by implementing all working methods described in IKEA Logistics manuals, thereby achieving high efficiency in goods movement.

1. Operational: Responsible for stock picking from buffer for internal replenishment as per sales requirements; binning to buffer stock requested for weekends from external warehouse; maintaining vigilance during picking and binning to reduce discrepancies and stock loss; operate all equipment safely following prescribed methods.
2. Commercial: Assist in stocking and merchandising incoming truck shipments to the sales floor and managing remaining stocks back to buffer.
3. Customers: Ensure all empty boxes are removed and the area is ready for customers before store opening.
4. Financial: Reduce internal handling damages to control damage costs and achieve store profit targets.

• Valid forklift driving license.
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads daily; strong physique required.
• Good written and verbal English skills.

• 1-2 years of retail experience; goods-flow/supply chain knowledge preferred.
