Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Aluminum Workshop Supervisor
located in Muscat, Oman.

The Supervisor will lead the aluminum workshop's daily operations, ensuring smooth production, installation quality, and on-time project delivery. They will manage a team of fabricators and installers, oversee the technical workflow, and coordinate with the design and site teams to meet project requirements

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising fabrication and installation of aluminum doors, windows, façades, and glass systems
  • Managing daily operations, workforce planning, and productivity targets
  • Reviewing shop drawings and ensuring accurate execution on the workshop floor
  • Implementing quality control and safety procedures
  • Coordinating procurement of aluminum profiles, accessories, and glass with local suppliers
  • Monitoring project schedules and ensuring timely delivery
  • Working closely with management to improve efficiency and scale the operation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in aluminum fabrication and installation in the Omani market is a must
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with hands-on team management
  • In-depth knowledge of aluminum profiles, systems, and fabrication techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with local suppliers and market standards in Oman
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in aluminum doors and windows
