1. Properly check and finalize daily room revenue report including:
   • Control to ensure that any discrepancies between housekeeping and front office room status are reported. Total rooms available for sale agrees with the contracted rooms available.
   • Market segmentation correctly reflects the source of business and correctly reflects in the GL
   • Verify the room rate with agreements or reservation, check allowance for room revenue. Correct room revenue as per PMS in GL.
   • Conduct physical room check.
   • Check mini bar revenue, laundry revenue, telephone, and other revenue.
   • Check rebate report, discount report, complimentary and house use report, no-show posting, late check-out, etc. Ensure that every complimentary room, house use room, discount, or rebate of revenue has an adequate explanation in the approval form.
2. Reconcile all credit card collections with cashier summary and bank receipts.
3. Finalize food cover report and photocopy documentation for food and beverage control and Finance Department.
4. Enter revenue journal and distribute to Outlet Managers and management.
5. Control dockets used in all outlets, maintain correct sequence, account for dockets, and record canceled dockets accordingly.
6. Control all food and beverage sales by:
   • Correctly record guest checks promptly.
   • Perform spot checks on outlet checks used.
   • Ensure all voided checks, corrections, and unsettled checks are approved by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
   • Monitor buffet controls, especially over cash settled checks, to prevent reuse and ensure all revenue is recorded.
   • Ensure banquet controls are adhered to.
   • Reconcile total outlet sales to total charges.
7. Ensure all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation. All rebate credits must comply with Finance Policy. Summarize and send rebate credits, miscellaneous charges, and paid outs to the Finance Manager and General Manager daily.
8. Control programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers with adequate safeguards.
9. Audit daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against bank slips.
10. Audit and reconcile advance payments, ensuring proper application.
11. Work with the General Cashier to check float totals and control registers in outlets.
12. Reconcile revenues daily via backup pages.
13. Perform special projects as assigned by management.
14. Adhere to Hotel Handbook and policies.
15. Follow Finance Policies and Procedures.

Your experience and skills include:

1. Proven experience as an Income Auditor or similar role in hospitality.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in financial auditing techniques and procedures.
4. Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
8. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
