Our client in Oman is a British school seeking to hire a Vice Principal to join starting September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies and procedures.
  • Manage student discipline, attendance, and behavior management strategies.
  • Supervise and evaluate instructional staff and support professional development.
  • Support curriculum planning and the implementation of academic programs.
  • Oversee scheduling, testing coordination, and school-wide events.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Serve as a liaison between students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness and crisis management.
Qualifications:

Applicants must speak Hindi or Bengali, hold a BEd/PGCE plus a Masters Degree, and have at least 3 years of leadership experience.
