The Vice Principal will play a key role in leading our school's efforts to provide high-quality education to our students.

Responsibilities:
  1. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
  2. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills to manage student discipline, attendance, and behavior management strategies.
  3. The ideal candidate will supervise and evaluate instructional staff, as well as support their professional development.
  4. This position involves overseeing scheduling, testing coordination, and school-wide events, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  5. As a liaison between students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders, you will build relationships and foster a positive school culture.
Requirements:

We require an applicant with a BEd/PGCE plus a Masters Degree, and at least 3 years of leadership experience. Fluency in Hindi or Bengali is necessary.
