About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and strategic Brand Specialist to manage and grow multiple brands under Afkar Investment. This role requires a balance of brand building, campaign execution, and value proposition development. You'll work closely with internal teams content, social media, product, and sales to ensure each brand maintains its distinct identity while contributing to the group's overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Development & Management


• Develop and implement brand strategies across multiple brands


• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, digital platforms, and touchpoints


• Refine messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity for each brand


• Conduct brand perception research and optimize brand experience

2. Value Proposition Development


• Craft and refine compelling value propositions for each product or service


• Conduct competitor analysis and market research


• Align messaging with customer needs and market opportunities

3. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution


• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels


• Collaborate with creatives to produce effective marketing assets


• Track budgets and ROI; optimize performance

4. Digital & Social Media Marketing


• Collaborate with the content and social teams to grow brand engagement


• Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend reach

5. Customer Insights & Market Research


• Lead customer surveys and analyze behavior trends


• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities


• Use insights to enhance messaging and brand strategy

6. Product & Service Positioning


• Support product launches and campaigns with targeted messaging


• Highlight competitive advantages through effective marketing content

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting


• Monitor KPIs across brand performance


• Present regular insights to the team lead


• Optimize strategies using data driven decisions
