Role Purpose:

Manage digital channels, including self-care portals, e-shops, and chatbots, to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to integrate innovative solutions, ensuring seamless digital operations and optimized user experiences. Leverage analytics to improve customer journeys, increase ROI, and align digital initiatives with business goals.

Minimum Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor in relevant field

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design and coordination between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert to guide transformation initiatives and strategic changes across the organization.
  • Deliver scalable, maintainable, and resilient technical architectures meeting both current and future business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for effective solution development.
  • Provide technical guidance for Mobile Application Development, aligning solutions with business goals.
  • Conduct research and develop prototypes to address organizational needs and explore new technologies.
  • Ensure high-quality standards, documentation, and best practices in development activities.
  • Lead significant changes in architectural design, methodologies, and programming practices.
  • Identify and leverage emerging industry trends to enhance architectural effectiveness.
  • Use critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of mobile applications, ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Work closely with DF leadership and stakeholders to create system solutions, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for process improvements to mitigate revenue loss and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the Mobile Application roadmap, aligning with business requirements and technical strategies.
  • Lead technical projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery, quality standards, and effective use of project management practices.
