Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Security Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security technologies and experience with Trend Micro products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain Trend Micro security solutions, including Apex One, Deep Security, and Deep Discovery Inspector.
  • Maintain and document Trend Micro infrastructure and configurations to ensure a high security posture through proactive monitoring and best-practice configuration.
Technical Expertise:
  • Implement product updates, patches, and service packs promptly for Trend Micro solutions.
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 threat analysis with actionable intelligence using Deep Discovery Inspector and Analyzer.
  • Integrate Trend Micro tools with security systems like Digital Gateway and Splunk.
Reporting and Collaboration:
  • Generate monthly threat reports and participate in technical reviews to analyze security posture.
  • Coordinate with Trend Micro TAMs for log reviews, remediation, and health-checks to identify areas of improvement.
Pre-sales and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Support pre-sales discussions by providing insights into security technologies and solution architecture.
  • Contribute to client presentations and contribute to lessons learned sessions to recommend security enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of overall IT experience with 1-2 years of experience in Trend Micro products.
  • Experience in security technologies such as IDS/IPS, Firewalls, NAC, and network sniffers.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, ICMP, DHCP, HTTP, and SNMP.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Trend Micro certifications such as Apex One, Deep Security, and DDI.
  • Firewall/Network Security Certifications.
  • Cybersecurity Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and CEH.
