How You Will Make An Impact

As our Corporate Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining Arla's image, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring effective communication to support our goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key authorities (municipalities, ministries, customs, ports, embassies).
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of applications to relevant government entities (e.g., label approvals, product registration etc.).
  • Follow up on application status, approvals, and any required documentation or sample collection in collaboration with different teams .
  • Act as the liaison between the business and government stakeholders for routine, operational matters.
  • Provide regular updates to local teams and escalate any regulatory blockers that may require regional support.
  • Support the execution of corporate events.
  • Reporting back on a daily/weekly basis to the business (local that feed into regional) on the progress/update of his tasks to get the right local/regional support, if needed.

You will report to the General Manager and collaborate closely with teams across the organization.

What Will Make You Successful

We're looking for a Corporate Affair Professional who combines strong relationship-building abilities with a strategic mindset. To succeed in this role, you will need
  • Experience in corporate communications, government relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
