- Role Objective
As
Country Manager –KSA,
you will be the ambassador of Salam Air in Saudi Arabia. You'll drive top-line
growth, elevate our brand, and ensure operational excellence through our local
sales and support network, while upholding the highest standards of regulatory
compliance.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Leadership:Exceed revenue, yield and profitability targets through strategic planning and proactive execution.
- Market Expansion:Identify and secure new business channels, corporate, travel agents, OTAs and government entities—to maximize sales opportunities.
- GSA Network Management:Lead and inspire a team of 15+ GSA staff, set clear objectives, monitor performance and foster a high-performance culture.
- Business Planning & Forecasting:Develop annual and quarterly sales plans; deliver insightful weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate strong relationships with Civil Aviation Authority, Ministry of Transport, airport authorities, media and other key external partners.
- Brand Building & Promotions:Collaborate with marketing to design and roll out high-impact campaigns and media activities that reinforce Salam Air's unique value proposition.
- Financial Stewardship:Oversee station budgets, ensure timely receipt of funds, manage bank guarantees and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Market Intelligence & Pricing:Analyze competitor and market trends , recommend fare to optimize yield and drive maximum volume /SF .
- Crisis & Disruption Management:Lead emergency response coordination, working closely with airport and GSA teams to maintain service continuity.

Education
& Experience
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline (aviation or business studies will be a plus)
- 7 years of travel trade work experience in handling sales function of which last 3 years in Airline Management. Low-Cost carrier experience will be an added advantage.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation prowess.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and airline reservation systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Resilient, adaptable and results-oriented, with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
