The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising all mechanical activities on-site related to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems in the Oil & Gas sector. Ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical work activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Assign tasks to mechanical technicians and contractors, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues during installation and operation phases.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of mechanical materials and equipment.
• Participate in risk assessments and method statements for mechanical work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• DAE/Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 Years experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry.
