Railway Signaling Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Supervisor to join our team in Oman. As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the installation, testing, and commissioning of complex signaling systems on a major railway project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead installation teams to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety assessments and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to minimize workplace accidents.
• Oversee mechanical and containment installations, including cable trays, brackets, enclosures, and other supporting infrastructure.
• Manage and close punch list items in collaboration with consultants, customers, and quality control teams.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and contractor interfaces to deliver a safe, technically sound, and fully compliant railway system that supports regional mobility goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in railway signaling installation, preferably with Siemens systems.
• Siemens certified Installer and relevant certifications in Railway Safety, Quality Management, and Technical Safety.
• Proven experience in ETCS projects and IXL systems, including installation of outdoor components and indoor equipment.
• Proficient in cabling activities, containment systems, and technical interface coordination.
• Knowledgeable in various APS detectors and testing skills using Siemens tools and systems.
• Valid driving license for Oman essential due to site-based mobility across project locations.
• Flexibility for site travel, fieldwork, shift-based schedules, and on-call availability as needed for project delivery.
