Job Title: Techno-Functional Business Analyst - BPM and Digital Solutions

Location: Al Hajar, Masqaţ, Oman

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
  3. Experience in:
    1. Information Technology (Automation of Business Processes)
    2. Digital Transformation (eGovernment Systems / Platforms / Integration)
    3. Business Process / Government Services
    4. Business Process SLA / KPI
  4. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
  5. Strong communication skills with various stakeholders (internal teams and client teams)
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Experience working with team members and supervising junior team members
  8. Conducting interviews with client users and collecting required information
  9. Analysis of existing As-Is business processes adopted by the client
  10. As-Is Business process mapping and documentation
  11. Review of current systems used in the business processes
  12. Identify process gaps between As-Is and To-Be processes and areas of improvement
  13. Design and documentation of To-Be business processes
  14. Designing To-Be business process SLA and KPI
Residency:

Candidate must be a resident in Sultanate of Oman.

Languages:
  1. Arabic: Fluent speaker
  2. English: Very good speaking and writing skills
