Job Purpose:

As a Software Engineer, you will develop stable and functioning digital products, based on definitions of product owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Test prototypes of digital products.
  2. Develop front/back-ends for stable, smoothly functioning digital products.
  3. Proactively take on challenging problems and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  4. Lead technical discussions and contribute ideas during design reviews, pair programming, and code reviews.
  5. Utilize agile practices and various technologies to develop creative solutions that improve user and employee experiences.
  6. Take ownership of development and operations activities within cross-functional DevOps teams.
  7. Implement best practices like continuous integration and delivery, build and test automation.
  8. Manage expectations of business stakeholders in line with agile methodologies.
Key Requirements:
  1. Experience: 7+ years in software development, preferably in Agile and UX/design-driven environments. Experience in start-ups or innovative tech companies is a plus.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, Perl, SQL, RESTful APIs; experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
  3. Development Practices: Hands-on with CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, pair programming.
  4. Mindset: Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  5. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
