Role Objective:

To provide safe, efficient, and friendly service to all customers as per Management's instructions and Company regulations outlined in the Operations manual.

4. Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and barista team, ensuring timely and flawless delivery of orders.
5. Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to a positive, creative, and supportive work environment.
6. Suggest additional items like coffee bags or sweets, enhancing the customer's experience and boosting sales.
7. Engage with customers about our brand's story and mission, fostering a deeper connection to our coffee culture.
