Server/Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers/Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic team in Muscat, Oman. In this role, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, efficient service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable time at our facility. Your passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding service in the facilities services industry.

1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant or dining area.
2. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and at the right temperature.
6. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience.
7. Process payments and handle cash in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, throughout the shift.

1. Previous experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a similar environment is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
5. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
7. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
