Job Description:

Regarding the Role: As a Hostess, you are responsible for providing a friendly, timely, and efficient way to deliver an outstanding guest and member experience. A Hostess will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

Reporting to: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure understanding of menu and all items.
2. Practice hotel grooming standards including uniform dress code, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
3. Assist customers courteously and promptly, taking messages as required which are understandable and accurate, passing them on to the appropriate person immediately.
4. Follow proper reporting procedures if faced with issues.
5. Handle guest inquiries in a friendly, prompt, and efficient manner.
6. Maintain excellent knowledge of the restaurant's seating arrangements.
7. Adhere to hotel safety, fire policies, and all health and safety regulations.
