Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

Availability: Immediate - 15 days

Technical Skills:

  1. DevOps and CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform
  2. Security: ISO 27001, GDPR, COBIT
  3. Data and AI: Big Data, Machine Learning, Data modeling, and Data Warehousing
  4. Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
  5. Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards

Professional Experience and Requirements:

  1. Design and implement scalable, flexible, and sustainable enterprise architecture frameworks that enable efficient business processes, improved decision-making, and optimized use of technology.
  2. Develop and maintain a roadmap for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to support business needs and future growth.
  3. Oversee the integration of new technologies, applications, and systems to enhance enterprise capabilities while maintaining architectural integrity.
  4. Ensure the consistency of architectural decisions and best practices across all enterprise projects and initiatives.
  5. Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and policies to ensure the integrity, security, and scalability of enterprise systems.
  6. Provide strategic guidance on technology trends and innovations, advising leadership on how new technologies can support business objectives.
  7. Collaborate IT roadmap with business objectives.
  8. Develop a roadmap to shift to enterprise to microservices-based architecture to improve system scalability.
  9. Work as a Solutions Architect to design and implement hybrid cloud solutions including the integration between on-premise and cloud solutions.
  10. Develop a Technology Roadmap that includes systems, data, and technologies.
  11. Craft IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture including building the enterprise architecture library for CBO.
  12. Develop and implement automated CI/CD pipelines using new technology such as Jenkins and Kubernetes.
  13. Provide a structured approach to managing change within the organization, helping to adapt to disruptive forces and achieve strategic goals.
  14. Demonstrate strong experience in leading AI/ML adoption for large organizations.
  15. Set objectives and KPIs to monitor ITD performance.
  16. Demonstrate experience in infrastructure cost reduction.
  17. Proposed candidate should have a strong background in banking, fintech, and e-commerce.

Education & Certifications:

  1. Certifications: TOGAF or Zachman Framework, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP

Language Requirements:

  1. English: Must be the mother tongue of the candidate
  2. Arabic: Preferable to understand Arabic
