Enterprise Architect (EA) – Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Architect (EA)

Location: Oman (Hybrid/On-Site based on client needs)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design enterprise architectures aligned with Oman Vision 2040 and the Oman eGovernance Framework.
  2. Optimize and modernize legacy systems for cloud-readiness and system rationalization.
  3. Manage architecture models and repositories using ArchiMate, Sparx EA, and MS Visio.
  4. Collaborate with business units to ensure seamless system integration (CRM, ERP, ITSM).
  5. Recommend integration patterns including API Gateways and ESB models.
  6. Engage with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Private Cloud solutions).
Preferred Skills & Tools
  1. ArchiMate, Sparx EA, Bizagi (BPMN 2.0)
  2. MS Visio, Confluence, SharePoint
  3. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, private/on-premises clouds).
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
  3. Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, integration strategies, and process optimization.
