We are representing a leading, international Project Management Consultancy seeking a Degree-qualified Construction Manager for a retail/leisure project in Muscat, Oman.

Reporting to the site-based Project Manager, you will assume typical construction management duties, including contractor supervision and liaising with architects and design consultants to ensure the project aligns with the developer's requirements.

Our client is looking for a talented, ambitious, self-motivated individual with experience in all aspects of construction, particularly in 'base build' and fit-out.

If you possess natural drive, determination, and wish to further your career with a rapidly growing, professional project management consultancy, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

  • Must possess a relevant degree qualification (candidates without a degree will not be considered).
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor.
  • Previous experience in Oman or the Middle East is a distinct advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.

An all-in remuneration package of around 32-34,000 AED will be offered to qualified candidates.
