
Production Operations Coordinator

The Production Control Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities, meeting operational targets and maintaining high productivity levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet operational objectives.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Record and track production output, delays, and variances using ERP or manual systems.
- Handle inventory movements, material issuance, and batch records with precision and accuracy.
- Support administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and cost tracking.
- Adjust production plans and resources based on last-minute requirements or delays.
- Prepare and submit reports on production KPIs and material usage.
- Maintain proper filing of documents related to production, stock, and manpower.
- Evaluate performance against established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure alignment with HSE and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- High Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in production, admin, or accounting roles.
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work more than 8 hours a day when required.
- Good physical health and ability to lift loads up to 25 kg.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse procedures.
- Familiarity with Lean or HSE practices.
