Project Management Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management techniques and methods, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Define project controls, including processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the project.
  • Plan overall projects and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects.
  • Manage project budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned across projects.
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
  • Prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Omani nationals preferred.
  • Experience of 7+ years in project management in a reputable organization handling retail banking or financial services sector-related projects.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation & change management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of GRC workflow, digital mobile banking, CRM initiatives, customer experience projects.
  • Should be either PMP or Prince2 certified.
  • Certification in ITIL and COBIT is an added advantage.
