HVAC Refrigeration Specialist

• Operate and maintain air and water chillers to achieve optimal performance.
• Conduct regular compressor replacement and maintenance tasks to prevent system failures.
• Resolve chiller errors promptly by analyzing error codes and implementing corrective actions.
• Verify primary and secondary pumps operate correctly and perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment failure.
• Monitor and control Building Management Systems (BMS), Central Monitoring Systems (CMS), and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) to optimize system performance.
• Analyze electrical systems and motor connections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
