About the Role:

The Engineering Maintenance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's engineering systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining all hotel engineering equipment and systems, responding to engineering-related emergencies, performing routine preventive maintenance, and conducting daily rounds and inspections.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Maintenance Specialist or in a similar role within a hotel or commercial facility.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
