Program Management Director

The Program Management Director oversees multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals. This involves developing and implementing project governance frameworks, managing stakeholder expectations, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee multiple projects, providing guidance, direction, and support to project managers.
  • Identify and prioritize program-wide risks, developing strategies for mitigation.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to program managers to improve program management skills.
  • Continuously review and improve program management processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, including 8 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
