Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement revenue-growth strategies for both hotels.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies.

  3. Manage room rates and availability through CRS and RMS systems.

  4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  5. Prepare forecasts and reports to guide leadership in decision-making.

  6. Lead and mentor the revenue management team to improve skills and performance.
