Lifting Procedures Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking an experienced trainer and assessor to lead our lifting procedures training program, ensuring personnel operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on lifting procedures, incorporating case studies and group discussions.
  2. Evaluate trainee performance, assessing their understanding of lifting procedures and equipment operation.
  3. Provide feedback and coaching to trainees, helping them improve their knowledge and skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • A Train the Trainer certificate, validating your expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Training and Assessment (PTTLS) or equivalent, demonstrating your competence in instructional delivery and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled trainer and assessor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
