Scientific Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in shaping our approach to talent acquisition, ensuring that we attract and select the best candidates for our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scientific approaches to talent acquisition, including behavioral interviewing techniques and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of using data to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
