Job Opportunity

UNICEF is seeking a Brand and Fundraising Readiness Specialist to support its digital and partnerships transformation.

The successful candidate will develop and manage a tracker for brand building and fundraising readiness, set up analytics tools, create and implement a content strategy, and collaborate on partnerships and activations.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and adaptability skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management and digital marketing or fundraising, with proven success in digital acquisition and retention campaigns.

Key qualifications include proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Salesforce, and design software, as well as experience with project management methodologies and tools.

The selected candidate will also possess international fundraising experience, UN system knowledge, and B2C sales background. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is necessary.
