Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Presentation: Showcase menus with flair, highlighting dishes and wine pairings to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Table Management: Efficiently manage multiple tables during busy periods, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring seamless service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding menu changes and special requests, upholding the restaurant's high standards.
  • Guest Relations: Handle complaints professionally, striving for quick resolutions to uphold the restaurant's reputation and exceed guest expectations.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process orders and payments using the restaurant's point-of-sale system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years in upscale dining or fine dining establishments, demonstrating expertise in luxury service and culinary knowledge.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates holding a degree in hospitality or restaurant management, reflecting a strong foundation in customer service and operational excellence.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and other languages spoken by the restaurant's clientele, enabling effective communication and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to guests and team members, building trust and rapport.
  • Appearance: A polished appearance and professional demeanor are essential, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays, meeting the demands of a fast-paced dining environment.
