Job Title: Night Shift Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Night Shift Lead.

  • About the Role:
  • The Night Shift Lead will oversee the entire night shift operation, ensuring seamless execution of services and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • This is a key leadership position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, leading high-performing teams, and driving results-oriented initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead a team of front office staff during the night shift, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent guest service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.

Guest Service Delivery:

  • Ensure exceptional guest service delivery at all times, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain high standards of knowledge about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take corrective action to address any concerns or complaints.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee the efficient operation of front office functions, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest billing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
  • Implement processes to minimize errors, reduce wait times, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Training and Development:

  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new team members, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance to excel in their roles.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs to enhance team skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences.

Requirements:
