Transportation Specialist

Light Vehicle Operator Position

The Light Vehicle Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods and passengers to their designated locations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate light vehicles, including cars, vans, and small trucks to transport goods and passengers.
• Follow traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe transportation.
• Plan the most efficient routes to save time and fuel costs.
• Load and unload goods onto the vehicle.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance by performing regular checks on oil, water, tires, brakes, etc.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, gas consumption, and any incidents that may occur during transportation.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Light Driver with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow traffic laws and regulations.
• Good knowledge of Nizwa roads and routes.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if required.
