Light Vehicle Operator
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Light Vehicle Operator to transport goods and/or passengers to their designated location. Your main duties will include maintaining the vehicle, ensuring its cleanliness and safety, and adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a light vehicle to transport goods and/or passengers
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition by regularly checking its engine, oil and water levels, tires, etc.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle at all times
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other related expenses
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Light Driver or similar role
- Valid driver's license for light vehicles from the relevant authority
- Good knowledge of roads and traffic laws
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Good communication skills in English (basic level)
- Physically fit with excellent eyesight
