Design System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Design System Specialist to join our team.

  • This role is responsible for defining and evolving our design system, ensuring it is scalable, consistent, and accessible across all products.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and brand principles into reusable components, patterns, and guidelines.
  • They will champion design system best practices, advocate for cohesive user experience and design, provide documentation, and support cross-functional teams.
  • The specialist will design and document UI components, design tokens, and interaction patterns, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the roadmap.
  • They will also enable alignment on design system usage and governance across teams, advocating for accessibility, performance, and scalability in design system decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Builting and maintaining a robust design system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design system solutions
  • Providing design guidance and support to teams
  • Ensuring design system consistency and scalability

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in UX/design systems, with experience in complex environments
  • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, including component libraries and documentation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
