Visual Design Expert

A key member of our central Design team is sought to spearhead Brand and Design Systems as a Visual Designer. This exceptional role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on millions daily.

The position involves collaborating with a diverse team on projects that evolve our brand guidelines and apply them to communication materials, our UI design system, and digital graphics. You'll create clear, stylish presentations that enhance user experience and reach a broad audience.

  • Create visually appealing elements that align with our brand identity
  • Design engaging presentation materials
  • Foster designs centered around content and information, incorporating deep understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and web standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization

Requirements for Success

  • Excellent academic record from high school and university
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a compelling alternative narrative
  • Confidence to share ideas, give and receive feedback respectfully
  • A track record of exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results
  • Leadership qualities and a commitment to skill development and mentorship
