Oncology Pharmacist Specialist

Clinical Pharmacists play a vital role in the healthcare sector, ensuring patients receive optimal treatment. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Oncology.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with oncologists and other health professionals to ensure medication optimizes patient health outcomes.
• Assess patient health issues and determine whether prescribed medications meet their needs and goals.
• Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of medications.
• Advise and counsel patients on medication use throughout treatment.
• Support student training and contribute to clinical guideline development.
• Contribute to research initiatives.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Applicants should possess a BSc in Pharmacy and MSc in Pharmacy, along with a minimum of 6 years' experience in hospital pharmacy settings. Preferably, candidates will hold board certification in Oncology or Critical Care, or a post-graduate diploma in Oncology Pharmacy.
