Oman Job Opportunity: Sales Engineer/Account Manager

**About the Position:**

  • We are hiring a highly skilled Sales Engineer/Account Manager to join our team in Oman.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in meeting customer requirements.
  • They will work closely with the sales team to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • The successful candidate will also have experience in conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • They will engage with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable offers.
  • Additionally, they will develop and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, ensuring clarity in proposed solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in a B2B customer-facing role and reside in Oman.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase capabilities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable offers.
  • Develop and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, ensuring clarity in proposed solutions.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring solutions during the pre-sales phase and provide a smooth handover to the implementation team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive solutions to ensure our offerings remain relevant.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing post-sales support when required.
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients through various means.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, overseeing lead progression through different stages of sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and sustained growth of the business relationship.
  • Manage relationships with commercial stakeholders.
  • Identify potential partnerships and alliances that can expand our reach or enhance our offerings. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients' teams on solution functionality and usage. Provide internal training to ensure alignment on product knowledge.
  • Maintain a professional online presence on sales-oriented and professional networking platforms, such as LinkedIn.
