Human Resources Operations Specialist

This is a vital role that supports the Human Resources department by performing various administrative tasks.
About the Role- This position requires the ability to manage incoming job applications, schedule interviews and provide assistance to current employees with their queries.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
- Payroll Preparation: Provide relevant data for payroll preparation, including absences, bonuses, leaves etc.
- HR Support: Offer support for all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Employee Data Reports: Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data.
- Maintenance of Employee Information: Enter, update employment and status-change data in the school's Human Resources database.
- Confidentiality: Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping Human Resource information confidential.
- Professional Development: Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
- Facilitation: Facilitate employee requests regarding Human Resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Knowledge Updates: Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience not essential but beneficial
